1. Visa and Immigration Procedures
1.1 Student Visa Requirements
- Letter of admission from Moroccan institution
- Completed visa application form
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- 4 passport-sized photos (white background)

Proof of financial means (bank statement showing ≥ $3,000 or
scholarship letter)
- Medical certificate (must include HIV test)
- Police clearance certificate (issued within last 3 months)
- Visa fee payment receipt (approximately $50)
1.2 Residence Permit (Carte de Séjour)
Within 30 days of arrival, students must apply at local police station:
- Passport with valid visa
- Certificate of enrollment from university
- Rental contract or housing attestation
- 4 recent passport photos
- Medical certificate from Moroccan doctor
- Fiscal stamps (200 MAD, available at tobacco shops)
- Application form (available at préfecture)
